Prompt1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using PromptPalette (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
2. License
MKSOL TECH grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Chrome Web Store policies.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misrepresent the Extension as another product, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PromptPalette to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights)
- Scrape or capture content you are not authorized to access
- Attempt to interfere with websites’ security, authentication, or access controls
- Upload or send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content to third-party AI services via the Extension
You are responsible for complying with the terms of websites you snap and AI services you send content to.
4. Third-party AI tools
PromptPalette can help you copy or send design briefs to third-party AI tools you choose. Those services are independent products. PromptPalette is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless explicitly stated.
Their availability, UI, and policies may change. Injection or send features may stop working if a third-party site changes. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content handling, or outputs.
5. Intellectual property
The Extension’s name, branding, code, and documentation are owned by MKSOL TECH or its licensors. Website designs you snap remain owned by their respective owners; PromptPalette only helps you analyze and summarize design attributes for your own legitimate workflows.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Extraction quality may vary by website structure and styling techniques.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKSOL TECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Extension.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the Extension and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
